I found this interesting online. Might not be that related to my project, but definitely worth to read, and I found the revolution of a comic character is quite different from animation.

Thoughts after reading:
1. Is the any influence at late 80's?
2. After evolution,character should still be recognizable.
3. Don't change color randomly.
4. Consider proportion.
5. Don't be over. (changing to much)
